I will be going over to France in August and have got a pitch with electric hook up.  Never used this kind of thing before.  Taking a tent.  Basically what leads do we need to take with us?  Help and advice would be most appreciated.  Will be hiring a fridge over there hence the reason. you should be ok with your own EHU leads,but you will need a euro plug which you can get from argos etc. for a few quid,you might be limited to what you can use at the same time as alot of the sites are only 6amp

You'll need an EHU lead.  Expect to pay over £30 for a decent one.  Don't go for one off E Bay, they have no real protection & are potentially lethal in the wet.  France is a mixed bag as far as sockets are concerned.  Some sites use the blue plugs like in the UK, others use the continental plugs/sockets.  Take an adaptor just in case.  You will not go without once you've been with electric.  Fan heater, lights & all  those battery chargers...
