Oh I know that some people may think its excessive to have ones of these but it really is a fab piece of kit. Freshly baked rolls first thing in the morning and pizza. Got it for a bargain £150 from Tony Wilds in Woburn, but they do have them at the Codicote camping exhibition for £147
Certainly looks very good, we'll have to look at those. Although we have a cooker in the caravan, we do a lot of cooking & prefer to keep all the cooking smells outside if we can. Thanks for the link.
Only £149 if you spend a £1 more free delivery too. Really sturdy bit of kit, self igniting etc takes fairly standard kitchen trays to so will cook normal food stuff x
i got one of these 2 weeks ago from united british caravans. i ordered it by phone and they only charged me £140
well worth the money, we take a large potato ash in a tray, set the oven up first and leave it heating up while we pitch the tent, when weve pitched and unpacked our tea is ready!!
Been looking at one of these at Riversway Leisure for the last 3 months. And only £149. Wifey won`t let me buy one just yet. They do look a fab piece of kit although rather heavy. We do have the room as there are only two of us now. Top of my wish list.
They are a fantastic bit of kit we bought ours a few months back , no problems using both oven and burners together and mine was was on a split pipe as well (running weaco fridge with a T- piece) . The best bit of camping kit we have ever bought I would highly recommend them.
Just bought a roastmaster on ebay as kampa sell off their returned goods there, perfect example and only paid £90.00 for it.... result, anyway tried it out with a pizza, cooked it perfectly but you do need to keep an eye on the temperature, i turned it up full till i got it to 190 degrees then turned it down to minimum and the temperature still crept up, kampa says it goes upto 300 degrees which i can now believe as i left it on but turned it off when it reached 260 degrees, what needs that kind of temperature to cook, haven't tried the burners yet but i am already chuffed to bits with it, no more headaches wondering what different things to cook on the usual 2 burner camping stove we are used to, can't wait for camping season to start
Hi i'm thinking about purchasing one of these also, but i'm worried about losing the grill function of the normal stoves. Can the oven be used to toast bread etc ie work as a grill or a oven?
Thanks
