We have had our Cobb for two years now and love it (once lit!) - mostly just use it for meat/sausages (which it does beautifully) - but always do spuds etc on the gas cooker.
We are away for half term - 7 nights off on sunday - and I fancy trying some new things on the cobb (2 adults 1 child - he's semi fussy!), as normally we have short stays on site - this time we are settling down and hence I feel i might have more time?!?!?
Any great recipes ideas??? We have the entire cobb kit - got using the code from UKCS in 2007.
Fancy doing a roast dinner (I reckonned beef would be the safest i undercooked!) - how do spuds work out? Also J-pots - how do I do them?
