Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on a good electric coolbox for use in the UK, about 35L and not very expensive and also the best place to buy it.

We have a camping Gaz 28L one and its very good.Last year we bought a non branded one from Morrisons and used both of them.
The non branded one was rubbish,it didn't keep the food etc no where nears as cold as the Camping Gaz one.
On our return it was returned for a full refund.

Make sure you get a good brand name as a lot of these cheap models are very poor.

There is a 35 litre on special offer in Halfords at the moment, not sure what the quality is like though. Think it's on at £69.99

Got a 35 litre one from Aldi 2 years ago, I think it was £29.99. Keeps stuff cold, very pleased with it. Not sure if they have them this year but certainly worth a look.

We would not be with out our fridge got it from towsure ( combicool T35 ) and run it from the elec with a converter, even on the warmest of days the contents of the fridge was very cool.

We use it during the summer for family bbq's for the wine and beer and to keep the meet cool for cooking..
