We needed some new plates, mugs etc for camping, but most of the sets we've seen in camping shops are usually not very nice and also expensive.

I spotted some bargains in the local Sainsbury's yesterday - all their picnicware is 25% off, so you can get some nice quality, pretty (sorry but I am a girl ) stuff for less than £1.50 a piece.

Asda have a good range and cheep we only use the melamine as the other plastic plates are not nice and flexable

I was in Asda this morning. I had to grip the trolley hard and run past the outdoor/picnic section. It was soooooo tempting, and I don't need anything else.

The Sainsburys stuff was cheaper than I quoted before - I just looked at my receipt. Most of it was about £1 (I'd forgotten that their tags show pre-VAT-cut-prices). And so pretty!!!!!
