Hi we have had our caravan for nearly a year now but as we have only been away a few times we have never had to use the microwave. Last weekend I tried to heat something up, the lights came on and the turntable turned around but it didn't heat. Tried a cup of water for 4 mins to test it but it didn't heat up either. We never had a micro in our last van so I'm not sure if it works the same way as the one in our house and before I take it to the dealer can anyone tell me if I am doing anything wrong as I don't want to go back to the dealer for them to tell me I hadn't done something right.
