Kenles - scales a good idea - with a block of wood or something?
Also what law is that you mention please?
Was just reading Practical Caravan magazine (July 09) and they suggest the optimum noseweight to tow is 7% of the MTPLM (1675kgs MTPLM in my case), hence my ideal noseweight according to their figures should be 117kgs for my van.
Do you know if the law you mention, is a law, or a guideline please? It is odd that PC mag don't mention this and I can't find anything on a first pass google search on the web?
Any assistance appreciated.
Thanks.
