Thanks for that one, definate bargain, even if you only buy it for the Receiver and use the Lnb with a larger dish say 55cm, I would imagine they are clearing these due to the amount of returns they get from folk not being able to get a picture with that tiny 35cm Dish, which is realy intended for use in France/Germany/Spain etc.
Francais, i have used two of them here in Holland and both got returned. never managed to get any reception on either of them, last one i returned the store manager said he had quite a few returned to him.

We only tried the one.
We spent more time trying to get it set up than watching tv.
So it went back!
Didnt see the point in trying a second one!

Tip , once connected up and switched on select the sat channel you want ( some are preset eg BBC1 ) , you'll probably have no signal displayed on the screen , now press info button on hand set to tune your dish in , you need to know roughly which direction to point it ( approx 142 degrees on a compass and your "dish" pointing just a shade past straight up ) , if you pick up foreign channels near the compass setting you have picked up the wrong satellite , switch unit off and start again .
Have had a Lidl camping sat for a few years now .Have had good reception even in the north of Skye, even with the small dish. You MUST have a clear line of sight between the dish and the sat with no trees etc in the way.Only problem is we sometimes cant get all the FTA channels eg.BBC1 and 2
The reason why you don't always get BBC/ITV is because they are caried on the spot beam of the Astra2 Fleet of satellites, most other channels are carried on the wide beam, this is why Sky use a (Zone2) 58cm size dish for Scotland and a (Zone1) 43cm dish for most of the rest of UK, all you need to do is get a 55cm dish, and you will get all the channels no problem. hope that helps.
i think i might have to pick one of these systems up monday, cause i got it in the neck when we went camping on the weekend of britain gots talent final and we couldnt get a signal with the aerial i took.
I think i will get one of those too, if they have any, i usually miss out! So you would recommend just attaching a bigger dish? I haven't a clue what i'm doing, i presume there are instructions in the box?
i've just got the netto one dish and box set in a case and it is brilliant took 10 min set up the first time. The dish is only small but worked well in Angelsey we even got some sky channels.
