I don't know if anyone can help but I borrowed my friends roof box and have lost their only key.

I live in West Cornwall so don't have any big towns around but really need to find a replacement today.

Does anyone know where I could get a replacement key??

Oh dear Sarah,

What make/model number is it.

You should be able to contact the makers,but I doubt if you will get one today.

We always keep a roofbox key on our car keyring and another one seperate.

I guess I'll try phoning Halfords at nine and see if they can help.

When we lost our roofbox key my oh phoned the manufacturer and spoke to a very nice lady, apparently its a common occurance. They sent us a replacement set for a minimal charge but it took a few days. Good luck.

Halfords should be able to order you one in but as said it will depend on if they have it in stock and when they decide to post it out to the store. Halfords will order it direct from Thule so you may be just as quick phoning them your self.

I did the same when I borrowed a Thule box and lost keys at service area on way to Cornwall. Called out RAC and they opened with a screwdriver. Warned me it might damage lock but it didn't and new keys arrived from Thule for when I got home.

I have also since found out that their are master keys that are not too difficult to get so don't know how much security locking provides.

HTH, I think you will be lucky to find replacement keys today.
