I have a Vango Diablo 400 which I'm very pleased with (got it from Wildday who were VERY fast), however, on a very windy trip to southern Ireland recently, three of the guy ropes snapped clean through during the night - I probably over tensioned them in fear of immenent collapse of tent, but anyway... There were no spare lines with the tent so...
...anyone know where I can buy replacement Vango parts? Wildday doesn't seem to do spare guy lines and an email to Vango hasn't been replied to yet.
Thanks in advance if anyone knows any good suppliers, online or otherwise.
keep on at vango with the e-mails, see if you can get a contact name and number then target that person, i did & i got a new vango fly sheet for my Vango equinox 600 about a year ago. they are a good comany & most of there kit is ok, not sure about there cheaper kit though but the high end stuff is pukka,
tell them people talk about tents & kit on this site they would not want any bad talk or publicity ay?
have fun!

Vango sent me some spare parts without me even asking. I returned the tent to my local dealer to have a broken clip repaired and two spare clips arrived about three days later in the post.
Excuse the stupid question, but why do they have to be Vango guyropes? Most camping shops sell spare guy ropes, although they may not be a colour match for your remaining ones.
I see that you're in Shropshire. I noticed a few days ago that there is a camping exhibition on the side of the road near a large service station in Oswestry. They might have some in stock as they are selling Vango tents. I don't have contact details unfortunately. A bit further up the road, you could try Casey's at the Grosvenor Gerden Centre in Chester. I bought my Vango from there.

I saw that on my way back from North Wales last night, I needed petrol and would have stopped there if I could have worked out which was the entrance to the garage.
