The gas hose supplied with the stove won't be a problem. The gas pressure is lowered by the regulator, and the stove only draws off however much gas it needs, so the pressure and flow rate won't be a problem. :)
Rather than exchanging the empty cylinder for a 4.5kg butane cylinder as suggested, you could always exchange it for a 5kg patio gas cylinder. It's more expensive, but it means you wouldn't have to have two different cylinders. All depends if you've got a use for the cylinder at home and for camping/caravanning.
