That's an interesting table, I haven't seen one like that before.
Some general thoughts....
Check that the 70cm highest height is tall enough for you.
Does it have adjustable feet? I'd always want a table that the feet could be individually adjusted to deal with ground that isn't level.
The shelves at the bottom of the cupboards of these things are often a bit wobbly but you can always replace them with something more substantial if that is the case.
It looks nice though
