Assuming fortnightly refuse collections that could add up to heck of a lot of smelly packages in the bin area. I suppose the solution would be to open up a large nappy and dispose of in the nappy bins in the site loo's. (Assuming that it catches every thing )
I suppose you could take it home and put it on the compost heap, supposed to be a very good compost activator : )
I think it would be a lot less smelly as it is contained in a bag than rotting food, or dog's dirt, after all that's where you put the poop bags, none of the sites I have been on have had a seperate bin for soiled nappys except perhaps in the ladies.
Personally if only being used for wee wee's, and on a proper site I don't see the need for the cat litter, just more faff imo however could be the solution when wild camping using biodegradable bags also, prob a bit nicer to bury!
