I've had this IKEA kettle for a few years now for use when camping. (It was much cheaper than a camping kettle!). Over the years I've never really cleaned it - just rinsed it before use. It's been in the garage all year (spout shut) and I want to clean it before it moves into my new (to me) motorhome for use when not on hookup. How do I clean the inside? These are my ideas:

1. Put milton inside it (although I've read that milton is not that good for metal when sterilising water systems)

2. Just fill and rinse it with washing up liquid

3. Fill it with water and bring to the boil a few times

4. Put it in the dishwasher!

What would you do? Thanks
