We have a seasonal pitch.  The owners have decided that we cannot leave the electric connection on when we are not there.  So that makes it awkward for the fridge stuff.  How long do you think a 7kg bottle of gas would last with the fridge on?  We do not use much other gas.

The one I had would use about a quarter of a 4.5kg bottle running it constantly for 4 days at a time (although turned down to half way or so).

So I would guess you should get in the region of 20 to 25 days of continuous running if you reduce the seting down (as you don't need it on full once it's fully up and running).

I am sorry but I cannot see the point of running the fridge when you're not there.

Thanks for info folks that gives me a good guide.  We keep it on as there are no shops near. If you want to keep a few eggs, butter,cheese etc it is useful.

Well that is why i made the enquiry. To find out.  Eggs keep 3 weeks in a fridge. Also a whole jar of ketchup once open has to be kept in a fridge plus other sauces etc.
