Can someone please tell me which groundsheet would be best for my little drive away awning?

Been looking at the softex, eco ones in case we use a grass pitch but if we're on a hardstanding would this type get spoilt/ripped?
So should I perhaps buy a tarp/waterproof groundsheet and lift it?

Perhaps I should just buy one of each????

Any advice on which to get and best place to buy would be much appreciated.

Hi, I rang the people at www.breathablegroundsheet.co.uk and they helped me with my questions such as tearing, cutting, underlay etc. Have a look on their webiste for the phone number as they will advise the best. The important thing for us was to get a closed weave as we want to sleep inn our awning and this stops the workms coming through!

Hope this helps.

I bought square lock together lightweight mats on ebay. They were advertised as trampoline mats but they can be used in any setting where you want to cover a hard or uneven floor. Grass grows through them as they have holes.
We've just used them on our holiday in Cornwall and they were excellent-kept dry and warm even when rain was running underneath them.

Many Thanks for the replies. Will have a look at both suggestions.
