Can anyone help, we are fairly new to caravaning and we have a problem, our water in the kitchen tap was running as a drizzle, and eventually packed up altogether, the bathroom tap won't work unless we open both the kitchen & bathroom taps at the same time, we then had to use the shower for any water we needed, and now that has packed up too.  We have tested the pump using a car battery and the pump seems fine, but we still can't get any water into the van, and now the loo is hardly flushing at all. We have checked the fuses and all seem fine, surely all the micro switches would'nt all go at the same time.  Any advise would be helpfull

Thanks Simon for replying,we are back home now and the caravan is on a     seasonal pitch but we will check the battery next week when we go.

The problem could be a build up of lime etc, check your pipes and tap ends, you could also have a joint not completely sealed and water could be escaping. If we lay our van up over winter when i do a cleaning flush i take all the tap ends off and the shower head its amazing the amount of crud that has built up blocking the tiny holes that your water flows through, takes 5 mins to do i use a small tooth brush to give the tap end a scrub clearing the tiny holes then all is fine once reasembled, but be careful not to loose the washers.

I had a problem with plenty of pressure on the cold supply but just a trickle at the hot taps.
Eventually discovered a non-return valve on the inlet side of the Carver water heater had come apart and some parts (of said valve) had worked their way down the pipe to a "y" junction and was causing a restriction.

Just a thought if nothing else works.

just a thought, if your battery is ok, does your van have a filter? this may be clogged up
