Ok, am i being daft? Why is there a hose hook up on the side of the 'igloo maxcold' cool box? Can you use it as a small cooling method or is there a purpose? do you always need water in it? How long do these honesty last when you're opening them 3 times a day? I dont have EHU where we are going, and the coolbox needs to stay cold enough for soya milk, cos the kids are lactose intollerant.

is it to drain the ice when its turned to water maybe so it doent just run every where!!!

ah hah, so if you just chuck loads of ice in there and it turns to slush u can drain it? i was thinking it was a seperate compartment for water to help keep the thing cool. what a plonker. LOL. great stuff. thats a good idea. my brain was thinking use bottles of frozen water in there, or ice packs. not actual ice. durrr!
