I'm planning a camping trip through France in a few weeks with my wife and four children,very much looking forward to it, but I'm not sure if my english bought electric hook-up is compatible in France, can anyone help please.

We will be taking two European connectors with us one normal & one altered for reverse polarity clearly marked with tape.  This way we are prepared either way.
