I have a portable sat system and lately the TV says the signal test is OK no matter where the dish points, although I get the usual message, " no signal is being received", I have changed the LNB but the problem is still there. Any suggestions?

Is this a Panasonic Sky digibox? If so, some tend to show high signal strength and "OK" no matter whether the dish is aligned. However, the signal quality will be relatively low and the transport stream and network ID won't be 07d4 and 0002.

Sometimes all you need is to turn your digibox off at the mains and "reboot" it and you will get back to the right network id that Geoff mentions above. We have had this problem a few times and that usually sorts it out. Just checked our box it is an old pace original digibox about 10years old and still going strong!!
