Hi

We have just bought a cadac carri chef for use in France this summer.

I would like to invest in a pan some some sort, should I go for the roasting pan or the paella pan?

Is the roasing pan able to cook rice etc and does it go straight onto the burner like the paella pan?

We have the roasting pan but have only roasted in it. The advantage of it is that you can put the lid back on with it in place. I could be wrong, but I don't think that you can use the lid with the paella pan.

It depends on what you want to cook really - I wouldn't like to do rice or stir fry in the roasting pan and I wouldn't want to roast in the paella pan.
