Can't believe some folk, that is an awful device.

But just to shock you even further (related topic); I had someone pitch near me at Easter and appeared with a mains cable with the usual rounded site plug on one end and a standard UK 3 pin household plug on the other - yes, a standard plug with the exposed pins! His intention was to connect to the mains post, then stick the 13amp plug into the external mains supply socket of his van because he'd damaged the proper fitting. Thankfully (or not, depending on your view point), I got to him before he gave himself a nasty shock...

most campsites do not seem to stop you but i have a trip on mine the proper type,my neighbour has one like the one shown but then i do not like him so that is his life!Some on the campsites are not great so do have a safe unit yourself to enjoy many years of life and keep away from the damp ground!
