That's a pretty good essentials list. I would suggest just a few other things:
A rug or blanket to put under the airbed. It's surprising how much extra warmth that will give you.
A torch or extra lantern, so one of you can go to the loo in the dark without leaving the other one sitting in darkness in the tent.
Chopping board and sharp knife.
A furry intruder/insect-proof plastic crate to keep food in and/or a cool box and ice blocks
Water carrier.
A basic first aid kit - for cuts, burns and insect bites.
And a couple of things I'm sure you've thought of, but haven't mentioned, so just in case... Mallet for banging in the pegs, and pans for cooking in.

Just put a drop of Zoflora disinfectant in the bottom, use it during the night, then empty it in the morning. It shouldn't take up much extra space in the car as you can pack stuff inside it.
