The most difficult one I ever had was a Harrison, the easiest a Dorema. But I don't think there's much in it really - they are all a bit of a pain the first couple of times till you get used to what goes where.

Pay the extra for the lightweight poles, as they make life simpler. Unless you are Tarzan.

There is no such thing as an easy awning to erect....the first time.

You will, without doubt, be the site entertainment when you first go for it on site.17

You not only get some laughs but tips as well when you see the different ways experienced people erect awnings, ie we always used to put awning up then wrestle with the groundsheet until we saw a chap lay his groundsheet down first and the put the awning up 100% easier and less struggle.

We are always camp entertainment, if not putting up the awning then it's forgetting the hammer, the dogs running off, the kids falling out.

Our porch awning is a Sunncamp Scenic with lightweight poles, I can do it on my own.  Our full size Dorema is getting easier with practice.

Don't worry about it, crack open a bottle of wine or beers, and take your time, you can always adjust it later.
