I too would like to know how this cooker performs as its very like the Tilley one I had (and loved), and I cannot get one with the Camping Gaz chef I now have as I cannot cook a proper breakfast as the grill goes out!
I bought the alfresco for £33+ about £5 delivery from here ...
I haven't used it yet but I've had a good look and it appears to be on the wrong side of cheap. :(
The metal sheet it is made out of is too soft and slightly too thin, the top metal grill bit pops out of its fitting and the gas workings and thin rubber tubing don't inspire confidence.
Also, only the hobs have ignition - you need a match for the grill.
Oh, and the grill is loose (at least I haven't found a clip for it) during transit so can knock about with the gas pipes.
It's a shame really because you could fit two large frying pans side by side and it folds up neatly to the size of a long brief case.
Now don't get me wrong, it isn't bad-bad and for the 10 days a year we use it should last as long as we need it.
I'll test it out this weekend and post more info on the burners, they could make all the difference.
