These seem very popular on lots of websites (most are sold out) - does anyone have one? Are they quiet??

Cheers

Steve

Steve

They are quiet quiet and you dont really notice them after a while and you end up checking the fan is still spinning.

We bought one this year and to be honest we are please with it for what we want. When not camping we use it for picnics when we go out for the day.

It does struggle a bit in the heat but a bag of ice or something frozen in it helps keep the temp down. A slight downside as any powered cool box would suffer from is water (condenstaion from the inlet) inside the box. you end up learning to put undamageables on the base and the rest on top.

There is a website that sells them the cheapest somewhere near glasgow. cannot remember it but worth searching for. think they were about £20 cheaper than most.

Would i buy one again, probably yes.

Hope this helps

Dave
