This is just a post to praise Somerset Camping on their excellent customer service.
I ordered a NL tent and carpet from them on Sunday night, and received an e-mail from them on Monday morning apologising as there had been an error and they had actually sold out of the tent carpet. This was fine, i know these things happen, and the tent was very promptly delivered on Tuesday morning. Then i received a call yesterday from them to say that they had received a couple of carpets in stock unexpectedly, did i still want one? The carpet will be dispatched today, and should arrive tomorrow morning.
i thought that this was very good customer service on their part, most other companies would not go to such an effort.
i will not hesitate to order from them again, and thought that i would share this for anyone else considering ordering from Somerset Camping to read.
