we have the same problem, got it back in as much as we could, think its the law that tents wont go back in. Try squeezing as much air out as possible by someone lying on it and someone else rolling it up

but his method is quite similar to above. We fold it into a long sausage shape then he rolls it slowly, squeezing the air out as he goes and folding any edge bit back in that fall out. Our Indiana is very similar to your tent but I think yours has a SIG, in which case you will probably have a little less space, as we don't put our groundsheets in the tent bag, but keep them seperate.
