I bought two of these from Winfields ebay shop. The looked perfect for chilling out in in the tent and I trusted the Vango name. I have never been more disappointed. On first inflation I noticed that the backrests were stuck on wonky but decided to let it go, they are only inflatable chairs! However, they weren't particularly comfy to sit in either. Still, I thought, they are only inflatable chairs, so let that go too. However, when I cam to get out of the chair after about half an hour, I noticed it had gone quite drastically down! The sea had lost about 30% of it's air and the backrest more like 50%. My husbands chair was just as bad. We set about blowing tham back up (by mouth, not electric pump) and we heard a pop! All the taping that shaped the seat on my husbands chair had burst! The chair was not even close to full inflation at this point and it turned into a giant football, at this point we were mightily fed up. My chair continued to go down, getting worse and worse each time. After 2 days we gave up and repacked it, to go back to the store with it's football brother. Credit to Winfields, they have been brilliant and I would recommend their service to anyone. i wrote an email to Vango to tell them how rubbish these chairs were and got a reply that said pretty much 'sorry, but so what?' Despite the fact that i told them I had been on to Winfields already and they had been excellent, the vango man's advice was to contact my retailer. Does that smack of him having not really read the email? I think so. Very disappointed with vango this time, seems their customer service standards have gone shamefully downhill :(
