Start a dispute with eBay & report the matter to Pay Pal if that is how you paid. I had a similar problem with a company selling DVDs charging a lot of money for postage & not putting enough value of stamps on the envelope. I gave a negative feedback - the only one I've ever left. The trader had a good % of positives, but there were a few red ones on there. eBay got me the money back & closed his account. I was informed that the Police got involved. They have all of the traders details as well as access to their funds on Pay Pal so you don't need to go through the trader if they stop responding. Allways read the feedback for traders. Don't leave feedback yourself if you are unhappy.
