Just been on http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog looking for advice on making complaints against local councils (there is none incidentally!!)  Came across a product recall notice for "Mont Blanc" roof boxes with a model number RBX3100.  It stated they have been found to be unsafe and likely to open and should therefore be returned to place of purchase for a refund. 

Thought it best to spread the word as would not like to think any fellow campers should have to endure the enormous personal cost of loosing undercrackers etc. while travelling at speed on motorway!!
