Looks like a pair of good ones in Aldi's next Thursday for £29.99. They appear to be Binatone 950's which are £44.99 in Argos. Sub channels, vox thingy and up to 6 miles (clear view) range. The link: Talkie Walkies
they are very good,my mate has four of them,he uses them when he goes offroading in his 4X4s or his Bikes with his mates.

If you cant do someone a good turn, don`t do them a bad one,its nice to be nice you know, and little things mean much more later in life.
Pete.
Same as Nawer I lose track of time when Im fishing. we use the orange Motorola ones. We took our 6 year old grandson to the River Dart site & everytime he went off on his bike he took one with him as its very simple to use & we could keep in touch & know where he was. having used walkie /talkies for years in car clubs I find the ones that you buy disposable batteries for much better than rechargable ones. we bought ours from Amazon £20.49 a pair delivered.

We use a pair of these. Great for when I go fishing as many sites have very poor mobile phone coverage.
Please dont tell the OH about these.
I have always claimed the mobile didnt work due to poor reception every time I was out fishing and late back!
If these walkie talkies are any good I will need to think of another excuse!
