When using our mover it tends to keep pausing. It isn't the battery as it is a new one and have only used it once for 3 days. Does anyone else have this problem or is it normal. We want to check before calling Powrwheel as they charge a callout if it is not a problem with the mover. Would be very grateful if anyone can give advice.
I have the same problem, there are several things to try which I am sure somebody will explain, unfortunately none worked for me I've just learned to live with it.

I have this if I "stray" from the top left hand corner of the van when moving. As this is where the control box is inside I guess it is because it is loosing the signal.
Wouls also like to know if anyone has a solution but at present I live with it also.
first thing is to place a new battery in the hand set as this is a common cause of stopping, failing this find the aerial and try to keep the hand set pointed at it. the service is first class and they will advise you over the phone before coming out.
Our Powrtouch is only about 6 months old and we have similar problems.
The control unit is fixed on the right side of the van, near the battery box, under the fixed bed,
From a fitters point of view, ideal.
The downside is that if I try to operate the remote from the left side, I lose the signal and the motors stop.
No problems from the front, rear or right side.
I have got used to its not such a big deal.
I wouldnt like to be without it now!

Thanks for your feedback. We mentioned this to our local caravan dealer, he said sometimes you can get interference from other equipment in the surrounding area. This may me a possibility, they also suggested pressing the reset button on the box inside the caravan, but I think we will contact Powrwheel customer services and see what they suggest.
