If you have 240v already and just want another socket outlet - no problem.
You can spur off of an existing socket,
Fix your new socket where you want it, run some 2.5mm twin and earth from this to one of your existing sockets (hiding the cable inside cuboards etc) and connect it in.
You must of course make sure that all your work is up to the correct electrical standards, if you are not confident it may be worth getting expert help, but it is a fairly straight forward job.
Another option would be to use an extention as suggested above, this would avoid the risk of running foul of the electrical regs.
