You can buy a satellite module that will attach to your laptop, this will allow you to download only only, as it is a one way street, the return path for you to send stuff is via landline or dongle so no point realy, to have full internet use both send/recieve you need an uplink facility, huge dish and mighty expensive, when I worked at Sky they explained to us a domestic system that was about to be launched that would allow full internet use from a small dish, it was the brainchild of SES ASTRA, who operate the satellite's for Sky, that was around 5 years ago, and I guess the product was put back in the can, as often happens with what we think is new stuff.
