Hi

Does anyone happen to know of a UK supplier with any of the Coleman maxi comfort double airbeds left in stock? None available online and we need another!

I have been told by two retailers that they are being discontinued - is this not true?

I have just heard from Coleman themselves that they have discontinued the Maxi version of the comfort in favour of a queen, which is too long and too wide for most sleeping compartments and too high for smaller tents! What a stupid move!!!!

If anyone knows of a source for the Maxi  Comfort Double (possibly one that doesn't have an online shop) please let me know!!!

Cant be 100% about this but having quickly looked at the new Argos catalogue yesterday I think they are in there, dont have it to hand as I am at work but worth checking.

I have seen these - but they are still 188 cm long - the length of the Coleman Comfort. What I am after is the 198cm long version - as the users are tall! Coleman suggested their Queen size bed at 6' 9" (but that won't fit in a standard double inner tent).

I have search high and low in the UK and the only potential source for the longer Maxi is Germany.

have updated pictures now

have spoken to coleman the maxi comfort  and the coleman comfort double and single are discontinued we still have 30 odd in the singles in both also there sofa bed is discontinued as well as is the queen and large single double height all gone now

Having had a fruitless hunt in the UK - I have managed to get one from Germany:

A little more expensive, but worth it to get one. I suppose that it's been offset by the savings I managed to get on other things.

 i just hope they do have one for you. we sold out in sept like many other companys in the uk also all coleman stock is ship to the uk from holland and like many other retailers we have to pre order 6 months in advance  so fingers crossed for you

Their website did say that they had them in stock ready for immediate dispatch so let's hope so.

There are other sites, including Amazon Germany, that still have them in stock - they must have placed orders for higher numbers.

I had same issue - got one of these - brilliant - and pump included!!!
