Hi DollieB

I've got no doubts on this one! I bought a Cobb a few years ago, after 40 years of all-sorts and various. It cost more, but it can do a lot more. This includes using it at home, in the kitchen. Have a good look at the videos I've got in the link below and see for yourself, or watch the Hairy Bikers on telly. I've never regretted buying mine.

Cobb Grill, Videos and recipes.

Another fan of the Coleman Dual Fuel double burner here, I'd like to echo what everyone has said about them so far. I always carry a spare generator tube with me, and rather than carrying lighters and matches with me I have a firesteel permanently attached to the cooker with a piece of elasticated cord.

The only thing that worries me about them is:- All that heat that they kick out, and global warm........ errrrr climate change........... Is the Coleman Dual Fuel responsible?

We bought one of  these after posting a similar thread on here a while ago.

We haven't used it as yet, but were thrilled as it gave us both what we wanted, namely a double burner for me and a stove that didn't need large gas cylinders for my OH.

We looked at these double cartridge stoves too but decided against it as a single one is less than £10 and comes in a case, so just buy 2.
Francais, you say about the running cost of camping Gaz the canisters are cheaper for the same volume of gas if you get them 24 at a time on Ebay

Hi, I have said the same as floggitt before ie two single burner cartridge stoves would be a lot cheaper and more flexible in use.

But .... going by the picture the Duplo does look like a smarter, neater, possibly better quality design. I like the little upstand at the back and would be interested to see on in RL.

Agree though that it could well be more a desirable want than an actual need.

Anyone else got or seen a Duplo?
