It does say 60% off so I do think really cheap.

I am soo tempted by this offer as we are considering a bit of walking and camping with my 8yo but I already have a coleman backpacker stove so dont "need" it. What are they like in terms of performance? Tempted to buy even if just to ebay as looks like I would make money back but not the best month money wise -- must step away from the buy button...!!!

Even if you don't use the burner, they make lovely quality saucepan sets. We are still using our Trangia set with additional multipurpose ring and billycan 15 years on with our large campingaz stove. The stove makes a nice backup heat source too.

I have just ordered one.  We already have two sets and thought at £23.00 inc pp it would come in handy for when we have the family along with us this year.  Thanks for the alert Dozy.

Definately a bargain. Before you buy though it is worth noting that:

• The 27 series are realy small. No good if there are more than 2 of you.
• It is not non-stick therefore can be quite difficult to clean.

The 25-6 (Bigger non stick plus kettle) was the one I opted for but I did pay about £50 for it.

As for performance - forget it. As said above, it can take over 10 minutes to boil the kettle, although the wait/anticipation does make that first cuppa that bit more satisfying.
