I've got a pair of the commanders & find them to be very sturdy & comfortable. Someone asked about sliding the cover off the frame for folding down - you can, slide off or leave on, & it doesn't make much difference.

The stiff catches that people have referred only remained stiff on mine until they'd been put up & down a couple of times. I love them!
