I have the van in a gold rated storage facility so hopefully should be ok in there i realise i need as much security as poss, which wheel locks and hitch locks are the best.?
both and more we have both and in a secure storage still that did not stop the gits from breaking into it and taking wht they wanted and more, and not your normal stuff that a druggy or a little gits steal, it had to be a inside jobby one of the other owners of vans in there, as the stuff taken was every thing you need for a van to be used reght down to a 1 quid plastic chopping board. but left the microwave oven.
so a dam good door lock is in order and a alarm.
We have Milenco hitch lock and wheel locks. Some insurance companies will give you a list of approved security devices so might be worth asking them what is required.
if you have the 2004 or 3004 alko hitch i have a good second hand genuine alko hitch lock for sale with two keys.
maybe it is not the type you need but if interested let me know.
this is the type, mine is slightly scuffed but it in great working condition.
.... And I've got an SAS wheelclamp which is not needed any longer. ( say £30?)... What's more - for my sins I have a Riverside Stadium season ticket so caould bring it up .......
