The ones that come with the tent are ok for soft ground that has been rained on frequently. For harder ground you need strong steel 'rock' pegs. You might be better going to a camping shop for them as the amount you need will cost a fair bit in postage.
If you are pitching on sand like you get on the coast of South West France you will need foot long plastic or pressed metal pegs. If you are camping in inland southern France or Spain you will deffo need rock pegs & a steel hammer to knock 'em in with.
These are very strong and held my guy ropes fast under severe storm conditions this year. They are much cheaper and at least as strong as the Delta pegs, which I have also used.

Deltas a must with any outfit! in my opinion.Unless you know the ground you will need a selection of pegs
Completely agree. If you want to keep your tent on the ground in windy days they do the job perfectly. And I was one of the doubters this time last year.

Cool campers use Delta Pegs.
