The tent carpet doesn't usually go right under the bedroom pods, it just covers the living area, in which case you only need one that measures about 3m x 3.7m (Khyam Ontario 8 would fit as would many others)
As for footprint groundsheet, the cheapest option is to buy a tarp and cut it slightly smaller than your tent or alternatively find a tent with similar dimensions to yours and buy that one!
