Having broke our blue plastic table last year we are in the market for a replacement. Being a family of 5 a larger table would be ideal. We came across this and would be gratefull for any infomation, particularly on whether it is stable or not.
Cant help but thought I would bump it back up for you by saying it looks perfect for the larger family. We've got the Royal Aluminium picnic table which has the seats attached & is exceptionally sturdy looks like this one is made of the same sturdy stuff

Thankyou.
Pete, did you buy this table? We are considering the same and would like to know your views please? thanks
John
As it happens, yes we did buy after seeing and trying one at Camperite. We were impressed with the one at Camperite, but have as yet not opened the one we bought !
As we're going camping at the end of May, I'll have to get it out prior to. Once I've done that and tried it I will report back.
I looked ata the Dijon in a camping shop the other week, but the table top itself seemed on the thin side to me - a bit to flexible when pushed on for my liking.
In the event we bought a Coleman Packaway 4 - but this wouldn't be so good for larger families.
Well we used our Dijon table in anger, I can report back that it was successful and met all our needs. We had little ones (4yrs upwards) sitting on the bench and they were ok for height. I have to admit that because this was a group camp - I don't think I actually sat at the table !
Anyway, the table comes as a case folded into 3 sections, with a bench and stool secured to the inside of the 2 ends. The legs screw together and there is about an inch of adjustment on each of the 4 feet if you want to try and level it. The package itself is very good and self-contained. The tabletops are laminated and quite flexible - so we didn't risk anything heavy on it whilst it was stored in the car. The size is slightly wider and longer than the blue fold-up table type it replaced for us. Easy to put together and take apart - I would recommend it.
