Woohoo! I got a double skillet a couple of weeks ago and love it!

We use it quite a lot at home instead of normal pans as it gets hotter quicker but  I have yet to do a roast in mine, might try it this Sunday

Let us know how you get on with it

Nope I haven't yet, we took the tent and awning down on Sunday and then sorted our camping kit out so after all that we just had a quick dinner
