They're good non-stick pans by all accounts but they have the handles I don't like
You're terrible - where did you hide them??
Annexe is in Small girls wardrode, pans are still in the car......
I didn't even see you got the awning as well!
Haha....he unpacked the pans last night,I agree about the handle, but the handle from our old set fits and it much sturdier.
Only the annexe and the firepit to `fess up about now. The annexe will just appear next time we go camping with the Athena
We use a very old electric skillet. Easiest dinner - especially on a cooler day - chicken portions (or a whole chicken - but portions saves carving) a bag of salad potatoes, bag of baby carrots, maybe a few parsnips, a couple of cloves of garlic(optional)(rosemary works well too). Everything just gets tipped into the skillet with a little oil, covered and left for an hour or so - no messy preparation.
I've used my skillet a couple of times for roasts but although the meat and chicken were done nicely the roast potatos were soggy not crispy. What am I doing wrong.
yummy - I am going to have to get one of these. It does everything - its on my xmas list along with a TARDIS for a vehicle cos according to the OH its the only way I can have everything I want for camping and still be able to travel to the sites in one vehicle.

I've not heard of a skillet for camping before. There are 6 of us in my family, so a big one is essential. Can anyone recommend an electric one or gas (whichever is best)?
