Check out The Cobb! You can BBQ, griddle (the fat runs away, but is saved in a moat around the edges and so does not make the coals smoke). When you put on the lid, you can use it as an oven, and bake pizza, roast a chicken, chuck together a stew, etc. etc. This is a pricy piece of kit, but worth every single penny in my mind. (We just use our friends - lol).
