I'm afraid I'm not a fan of Readybeds, they have their plus points and they could be so good with only a little extra thought. I've had both the single and the double. I'm on my own so I don't need the double, but I do like the room. The single suffers from a bit of instability so it feels like sleeping on a boat - the double solves that problem.
The biggest problem is that they are not long enough and the so called sleeping bag is too flimsy. Unless you're camping only in warm balmy conditions you'd be freezing cold. On the upside, I've never had one deflate on me, and that's in 6 years. (they are now effective sleepover beds for my kids friends in my house)
I got the Intex double height comfort top electric airbed for this year, and it's the 'mutts nuts', very stable and high. I spent alot of money on it though and I wish I'd gone for the Outwell double airbed that's in Argos instead

It's only new this year so it's not really tried and tested, but someone (sorry I can't find the post) on here said that it is deeper than most, nearly double height in fact, and also liked the way it had a stable edge system all the way around the outside. I think it's possibly a contender to the Aerobed Raised active which is nearly twice the price.
If you get the aerobed on offer though (usually several times a year) you can get it quite a bit cheaper
I paid £49.99 fo mine with promo codes etc
Before that had a queen raised intex that went down on 3rd trip. As it was over 3 months old they wouldn't do anything, so it worked out the most expensive in the end
