In my trailer tent i need a 907 camping gaz- quite expensive to refill etc, been told i can convert to calor gas 4.5 with a new regulator for less than the cost of a 907!( there is no bottle with trailer ,so i have to buy one!)

As we dont go abroad with trailer i dont need 907?

Anyone else converted??

Thanks

If you are not going abroad then Calor will be fine and does tend to work out cheaper than Campingaz.

Some people are just all show. I don't mind that if the show is worth watching, but .....

Yes, you should be able to get a Calor 4.5kg refill plus regulator for about what you'd pay for a Campingaz 907 (2.75 kg) refill. Bear in mind though, that it will be wider and slightly taller if space is a consideration. According to the Calor website this bottle is 340mm high, diameter 240mm.
Try to find a cheap (possibly free) Calor cylinder from local adverts, scrapyards etc. to exchange for a filled one.
Hang on to your Campingaz regulator in case you do decide to visit the Continent!
