Hi,

I'm probably being really stupid here, but will I be able to get BBC News on my freeview TV in Europe with just my caravan aerial?

Going to France, Lux, Austria, Slovenia, Germany and Belgium.

Already answered in the thread you started yesterday (I think UKCS admin moved it to here)

BBC News is not available on any DVB-T systems in Europe.  A satellite system is required and there's lots of good advice in the answers given yesterday --->
