Paid £1.99 for a fishing shelter in 'The Works' in Croydon today! Not huge (2m wide by 1m deep by just over a metre high, but at that price I can't complain! Can't see a huge difference between this and the Gelert at the top of the thread, although it doesn't do up at the front.

On the first floor of the Whitgift Centre about halfway between Holland and Barrett and Pumpkin Patch. They are basically a budget bookstore, but do arts and crafts supplies, toys and games and occasionally have offers on other random things.

We got ours last year in Go Outdoors for £9.99 - they had two slightly different ones at same price. They had loads when we called last weekend.

Saw a great beach shelter in Costco a couple of nights ago - I thought it was great, good size with a base which extended out to the front. I couldn't see the price but the rest of their camping gear seemed competetive
